Terms of Service

    The short version: INNAIT provides a career diagnostic tool, not professional career advice. Your scores are educational — use them as one input among many when making career decisions.
  

1. Agreement

By accessing or using INNAIT ("the Platform"), operated by Innait AI LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. What INNAIT Is

INNAIT is a workforce readiness intelligence platform that measures AI exposure risk and human capability dimensions. Our assessments and scores are designed to provide educational insight and directional guidance.

    INNAIT scores are educational tools — not professional career advice, not employment recommendations, and not predictions of individual outcomes. Your INNAIT Score reflects patterns in your responses relative to our methodology. It is one data point among many you should consider.
  

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use INNAIT. By using the Platform you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at hello@innait.ai.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

INNAIT offers both free and paid subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

Payments are processed securely by Stripe
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by law
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use INNAIT to make employment decisions about other individuals without their consent
Misrepresent your identity or credentials in your profile
Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our scoring methodology
Share your account credentials with others
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

7. Employer Use

Employers who use INNAIT for workforce assessments agree to the following additional terms:

Individual employee INNAIT scores may never be used as the basis for termination, demotion, or adverse employment action
Employee participation in INNAIT assessments must be voluntary
Individual score data must remain confidential and may not be shared without employee consent
Employer use of aggregate data must comply with applicable employment law

8. Intellectual Property

All content on INNAIT — including our scoring methodology, assessment questions, dimension framework, brand, and software — is the intellectual property of Innait AI LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Your assessment responses and score data belong to you. We license them from you for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

INNAIT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular score or assessment will accurately predict career outcomes. Individual results vary.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innait AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including career decisions made based on your INNAIT Score.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innait AI LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of INNAIT after changes constitutes acceptance.
