1. Who We Are

INNAIT ("INNAIT," "we," "us," or "our") is an AI workforce readiness platform operated by Innait AI LLC. We can be reached at hello@innait.ai.

2. What We Collect

When you use INNAIT, we collect the following information:

Profile information — your name, work email, job title, industry, years of experience, education level, and professional certifications
Assessment responses — your answers to the 20-question INNAIT assessment
Score data — your AI Exposure Score, Human Edge Score, INNAIT Score, and dimension scores
Usage data — how you interact with our platform (pages visited, time spent, completion rates)
Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to:

Calculate and display your INNAIT Score and diagnostic results
Generate your personalized Irreplaceability Roadmap
Send your results to your email address
Send product updates and assessment reminders (you can unsubscribe at any time)
Improve our scoring methodology and platform
Produce anonymized, aggregate workforce readiness research

4. What We Never Do

    We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

    We do not share your individual scores with employers.

    We do not use your scores for employment decisions.

    We do not use your data for advertising targeting.

5. The HUMAN Pledge

INNAIT operates under three unbreakable commitments:

Your individual data is always owned by you
Your INNAIT Score will never be used to facilitate a layoff decision
This platform exists to make humans more valuable — not more replaceable

6. Data Sharing

We share your data only with the following service providers, strictly for the purposes of operating our platform:

Anthropic — to generate your personalized roadmap (your profile and scores are sent to their API)
Mailchimp — to send you your results and product communications
Stripe — to process payments securely
Vercel — to host our platform

All service providers are contractually required to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Opt out of marketing communications
Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format)

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@innait.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Data Retention

We retain your assessment data for as long as you have an active account. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated score data may be retained for research purposes.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure API key management, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

10. Children's Privacy

INNAIT is designed for working professionals and is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of INNAIT after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
